Renzo Isabella was called to the bar in Ontario in 2007, after obtaining a law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, and a business degree from Schulich School of Business, York University.

Renzo takes a practical, solutions-based approach to tackling client issues. While mutually-agreeable solutions are preferable, Renzo is not afraid to take firm positions to make sure his clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Prior to starting Isabella Law, Renzo Isabella worked as a tax policy adviser at the Department of Finance Canada, providing tax policy analysis and recommendations to the Canadian Minister of Finance on a variety of topics, including financial institution capitalization, significant private sector tax planning initiatives, and the taxation of inbound and outbound transactions between Canada and the U.S.A., in addition to coordinating the Tax Legislation Division with respect to the 2009 federal budget.  He also worked in the tax group of a big four accounting firm in Toronto.

Renzo has been active in his community.  He is President, Board of Directors at Adventure Place, and has presented at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s continuining professional development seminars.
