Renzo’s starting approach is to find reasonable conclusions and, whenever possible, settle matters as early in the process as possible. However, he also understands that many tax disputes cannot be settled. Renzo brings his strong tax policy background, advocacy skills, and tax system understanding to every case he takes on, and will not hesitate to aggressively pursue every avenue necessary to ensure that his client are not left with an unfair tax result.
